Day 1:

On arrival at Durban Airport, you will be met and transfer to your hotel in Durban for overnight stay (B)

Day 2:

Early departure from Durban. Expert Battlefield guide recounts the 1879 Battle of Isandlwana, where 24 000 Zulu impis attacked a British regiment. Continue to Fugitive’s Drift and Rorke’s Drift, where for 12 hrs, some 100 British troops repulsed 4000 Zulu impis. Return to Fugitive’s for your overnight stay at guest house (Lunch+dinner)

Day 3:

After a hearty traditional South African breakfast, summit Spionkop Mountain. Guide will recount tragic battle between the Boers and British in January 1900. Winston Churchill, then a reporter and Gandhi, a stretcher-bearer witnessed this battle. After lunch, return to Durban, arrive late afternoon where tour ends (B)
